Let’s Help Baby Adrian
Dear Friends,
Please help us support our very close friends Vili and Nate.
Baby Adrian was diagnosed with liver failure and was added to the national organ transplantation list.
Since he was born, he has been in and out of hospitals and had to endure multiple tests, blood transfusions and other painful procedures.
Vili and Nate have been extremely strong and have never asked for help but we know it must be difficult for them both emotionally and financially.

Hello friends, We wanted to update you that Adrian is now one month post transplant surgery. He is home and we are over the moon. He continues to amaze us every day, and his recovery is amazing . He is eating, putting weight, playing and loving the outdoor stroller rides His sister is so happy to be around him and she tells us often “We are family again” We will be forever grateful for all your support and Adrian is one lucky baby for sure. Dear fiends, I know a lot of you have been worried about Adrian and we wanted to share an update. The last few weeks have been a roller coaster for this little guy... On Friday Adrian’s condition worsened and he was taken to ICU. While that was unfortunate for him, it actually helped to get him an 1B status, meaning he got the highest priority on the liver transplant wait list. The very next day, Vili and Nate received great news, they found a liver! Surgery was scheduled and the doctor flew to get the liver. Later that day, they received disappointing news that the liver was not viable and surgery was cancelled. The very next day, we got hopeful again as another donor was located. Thankfully, this time around the liver was good and Adrian was admitted into surgery. The surgery took all night, a total of 12 hours. It went well and Adrian was stable but today he needed to go back to surgery. That surgery was successful again and finally, Adrian’s family can take a small sigh of relief.

Dear friends, We are so grateful for all your support and prayers, beautiful notes, phone calls and emails. You have lifted our spirit up and we feel stronger then ever. We wanted to give you some updates on baby Adrian’s case. So many of you have asked how he is doing and it is so kind of you to always think of us. Adrian is still in downtown Children’s. He is stable but we are still waiting for a donor match. We are hopeful that soon we will go into surgery and will be on the way to recovery. Adrian has been so strong. He is a little fighter and even though some days are though and he doesn’t feel that well, he always smiles and plays with his favorite toy Much love to all, Nate, Vili, Abby and Adrian
