Make Your Own!
7 Years ago when I was making good money I got divorced, the attorney my ex hired dragged out the process costing me everything I owned and ultimately I signed an agreement giving my ex over $25,000 a year but since I was doing ok I was just happy to get it over with. Now I am remarried and in February of 2014 my company was sold and I lost my job. My in-laws live with us and our of poor health and in their 80's so we care for them. I contacted support enforcement's to adjust my payments but was told the agreement I signed they had put the words non-modifiable so even though I am now unemployed and out of UE Benefits I still need to pay her over $25,000 year. My mother inlaw was just diagnosed with cancer and my wife is ready for a nervous break down. I cannot fight this on my own but cannot afford an attorney. And legal aid goes by household income so since my wife works I am not qualified for help. I need to raise enough to take my ex back to court and fight this. On top of all of this I just found out she makes over $67,000 year. How can this be fair. Please help me get justice.
