We are adopting two little girls this January!
London is almost two. She's sweet and happy and loves rice and beans and grapes :)
Ashley turns one at the end of the month. She's joyful and loves being around people!
Due to their current legal status we are unable to share pictures at this time, but they are adorable, take our word for it :)
We're excited to continue to get to know our girls and bring them into our home! We can't wait for you to meet them!

Latest Update
This past week we hit a number of milestones in our adoption journey. On Thursday we met our daughter Ashley. Ashley was brought into the room where Janelle and I were waiting to meet her in a baby car seat. Janelle and I both kind of gasped and started laughing when we saw her because she is still such a baby, in comparison to her toddler sister London. Ashley was easygoing, let us hold her, and makes silly faces to make people laugh. We are grateful that she’s spent her first year of life with a loving, and outgoing foster family. London came to our home on Thursday for the evening and spent the night on Saturday. She played nonstop, was “reading” books to our dog Tucker, started calling us mommy and daddy (oh my heart), comes and finds me to play and laugh with, and runs to Janelle for hugs and comfort. Given all of the changes London has experienced over the past few weeks, she is adjusting well and we are already so proud of her. We can’t wait for her to move in on Friday! -Adam

We were able to spend the weekend with London and we had some really great bonding time. She's become very comfortable with us and we are so thankful for how quickly that happened! We are also getting to know her Foster parents pretty well through this journey and they are incredible people. We are amazed by their love, care and sacrifice to love the forgotten children of our society. We look forward to continuing a relationship with them after London moves in. On Sunday our social worker scheduled some time alone for us with her and so we took her to an indoor play area at the mall to play, we had lunch at Mcdonalds. (It turns out she's a big fan of chicken nuggets), and then spoiled her with a Build-a-bear. We're already doing things we said we would never do as parents 🙃 (I.e Mcdonalds and Build-a-bear 😄) We'll meet her little sister for the first time on Thursday and also bring London for her first visit to our home.

Just wanted to give a little update :) We met our older daughter London this week! She started out very shy but we had a break through as we played peek-a-boo and she laughed and laughed :) She even blew us kisses as we left :) We will spend more time with her this weekend and over the coming weeks as we transition her into our home. Her move-in date is currently January 26th! Her little sister will move in after her 1st birthday in February.
