Dear Friends,
I hope this letter finds you well. I have dreamed of visiting the foreign mission field to serve my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for many years. I have also desired to take my daughters along with me if at all possible. After much prayer, Gabriella, Hensley and I believe that God has called us to go serve in Swaziland (a small country in Southern Africa) along with a team from Eastern NC for two weeks this coming summer. We will be involved in several areas of mission work including but not limited to:
• Leading a youth retreat, Sunday school and worship services
• Leading and assisting in revival services, Bible clubs and Bible studies
• Leading and assisting in Women’s retreats
• Homestead visitations and delivery of needed supplies
• Leading devotions in local schools and police stations
• Training of pastors and leaders
• Serving at the medical clinic
The cost of this trip is estimated at $3000-3200 per person. I am writing this letter with the help of my daughters in the hope that you will pray for us and the whole team. We also would like you to prayerfully consider supporting us financially. Your prayers and gifts will be greatly appreciated. May God richly bless you for your service to His kingdom.
