This is Leslie. Terrific sister, loving daughter, & damn good friend. This is Les on her 40th birthday... jumping out of a plane. Now, she is about to turn 50! The past decade has been a rollercoaster for my sweet sister. Highs: She got married, has a beautiful son, bought a house, and started a second job. Lows: she had a trifecta of botched and hellish surgeries a few years ago, which have changed the trajectory she saw herself on, physically, emotionally, and financially. One of the things Leslie has always loved -and looks forward to doing is to travel. Anywhere. She wants to see Europe. She would love to visit Iceland. Or Vietnam. She yearns to get back up to Stokes Bay.
For her 50th birthday, we wanted to start a travel fund for Leslie. A place where friends and family can make her travel dreams a reality that she more than deserves. To help Leslie ring in her 50th birthday, we welcome you to donate - big or small- to Leslie Wagner's Wanderlust Travel Fund. Due to CoVID, her birthday cake gathering will be limited to family. However, would love to share the birthday fund gift opening with you all -over Zoom- so you can celebrate and see her face when she sees what her friends have done to show their appreciation for such a wonderful friend and amazing person.
