Schatzi has a very rare disease called Sialadenosis. It causes swelling of the salivary glands, and it ended up also causing pneumonia and issues with her liver. Her disease is responding to medicine, but the remaining issue is the pneumonia. If they take her off of oxygen support too soon, she won’t make it. She just needs help pulling through this very critical point.
Other than her pneumonia, she is a healthy, vibrant dog. Your help allows me to keep providing treatment. Thank you❤️
