Make Your Own!
Started by: Cyn Baxter
River, the rescue kitty, was adopted from the streets of PG county, Maryland in July. Soon after finding his forever home, River had an unfortunate accident that left him with a broken femur. Thanks to the talented team at Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialists, River survived his emergency surgery to repair his injury and is in recovery.
River's beloved Mom, Cyn, recently said goodbye to her first fur baby, Pluto, and continues to payoff his accumulated medical expenses after his passing. Additionally, River's life-changing surgery amassed more than $5200 in fees and increases daily due to the necessary shifts in his care. As we all know, medical bills are never cheap and can be difficult to manage, especially on a fixed income and accumulating medical charges.
Any small donation would be a blessing and greatly appreciated by River and his loving mother. If you cannot donate, thank you so much for reading their story.
