Lily is a six years old mixed Labrador. She got Acute Anterior Uveitis, which has damaged her eye, and only expensive treatments can save it.
The damage is caused by a cat scratching the eye lens.
6 years ago we've found Lily walking the streets. we picked her up and provide her with everything she needs- the best food, a warm house and a family who loves her.
My 3 kids love her so much and she's like their sister... we take her anywhere we go- camping, hiking and even when we visit our parents.
Lily is a very good dog, she knows how to give back love, to guard the kids and the house and even to warn if something is wrong.
Sadly, Lily got Acute Anterior Uveitis, the vet says it's because a cat has attacked her eye and causes infection. she has high pressure in the eye and she's being treated with 6 types of eye drops and 3 types of pills.
I've already asked friends to help me with the first TPA shot that cost 600$, now I need 2 more, and also a Cataract surgery that costs about 2000$.
The TPA shots help separate the pupil from the eye lens because right now it's so bad that the pupil is stuck to the eye lens. :(
The cataract surgery is supposed to detach the pupil from the lens so Lily can see again and use focus on her eye.
If I won't be able to raise enough money for this, Lily will lose the eye for good, and time really short.
Please help us, she's a really good dog and it doesn't deserve her at all to suffer like this.
Please share this page since I don't have a Facebook account... I guess I'm old fashioned :)
thanks from the bottom of our hearts.
