Started by: Devon Ashley Costello
Miowi was a 3 year-old rescue from the streets. We crossed paths immediately following my move to Santa Ana, CA. He and I quickly grew trust of one another despite the physical abuse he endured from the neighborhood kids. He became my rock and anchor and our relationship grew into one that he provided me comfort, security and love throughout the 13 years we were at each other’s sides. The bond we shared is indescribable and the amount of respect gained throughout the last chapter of my life with him has earned the right in my eyes that cats need people too- just like dogs- something that I never knew was possible because I had grown up with dogs my entire life! He will be severely missed by many and touched the lives of anyone that met him. I am asking and reaching out for help because right now, I have not been working. I had dedicated my days to ensuring he was well- taken care of and helped him to be comfortable and happy up until the stroke and seizures he suffered at the end of his life last Tuesday, September 10 when he took his last breath in my arms that night at his vets office. I am choising to have him privately cremated and would benefit from a private viewing where I will ensure that his spirit and his spirit alone be the only remains scattered and carried over into his journey wherever and whatever that will be. Donations can be made directly even to https://pawspetcremation.com/services under the names Devon or Miowi Costello. Thank you very much for your time and consideration it is appreciated so very much!
