Our poor bunny Pendleton is in need of some help. He has been suffering from an undiagnosed respiratory issue for several weeks now and is currently spending the weekend hospitalized at our vet. Unfortunately, we’ve exhausted our resources trying to find a diagnosis and treatment for him and now we’re reaching out for any help we can find.
For those who are less familiar with Pendleton, we rescued this little guy as a baby 7 years ago and he has since become a huge part of our family. He has been with us as we purchased our first home, he helped us welcome his puppy brother Maple, and most recently our first baby Alden, into our family. He has forever changed our lives and turned us into a bunny-crazy family. He is our first pet and we are hoping to exhaust all possibilities to keep him in our family for as long as possible.
Any help we receive will go toward covering Pendleton’s current vet bills which include his hospitalization, X-rays, oxygen therapy, and antibiotics. If he can stabilize over the weekend, we are planning to also have a CT scan done to provide a diagnosis and hopefully a possible treatment plan.
