On April 10th, 2019, my brother-in-law, Scott, was at Arizona Bike Week with his family when he fell and hit his head. As of April 18th his fiancee and parents were told his prognosis is poor. As per Scott's wishes, he does not want to be dependent on breathing tubes to keep him alive. He works in the health care field and has seen to many bad "futures" in patients with this type of injury. We all knows the cost of hospitals, memorial services, and funeral costs. Scott was the main parent working in the house and has left my sister to raise their children. Anything will help and will be appreciated. Thank you for all the support.

Scott was one the funniest and most random-est person I've ever met. He will be missed...my condolences to the family.

Scott was a joy to work with, made things funny to get through the night. Thanks for the entertainment.
