Monday morning, January 28 2019, our sweet “Lil Gary” gained his wings and left this world. Son of Gary and Jody Cobb, brother to four sisters, live-in boyfriend to Stephanie Sykes, uncle of five, and the kindest soul you’ve ever met. Our family is heavy with grief at this time of his unexpected passing at the too young age of 26. And being as such unfortunately, Gary did not have life insurance. My family and I do not want to have to ask for help for something like this but we simply cannot afford a proper service that Gary deserves.
As of right now we do not have a date for his services. As soon as final arrangements have been made will we let you all know.
Thank you to everyone that has reached out to our family in this dark time and offered love and support. This will be a long and hard healing process for us. We simply cannot imagine a world without his bright smile.
Update: Here is the link for his obituary. Services will be held at Carlisle Funeral Home in Tarboro, this Saturday, February 2nd. Visitation begins at 1pm followed by a funeral procession to Macclesfield for a grave side service at 2:30pm. https://www.carlislefuneralhome.com/notices/Gary-CobbII
Again, we thank everyone that has reached out to us and offered love, comfort, and support.
