Started by: Cathie's Work Fam
As long as I've known Cathie, she has always come in to the building with a fresh story about "Mom" as if you already knew/met the woman. For many, Carol Cole was a character in some crazy and enjoyable anecdotes. For others, she was a loving, hilarious firecracker of a woman who wasn't afraid to say what she thought on any topic. For Cathie, she was just Mom.
Being friends with Cathie meant being friends with Mom, even if you never met her in person. She was like your own mother/grandmother with how often Cathie spoke of her, or kooky neighbor if you will, and you know if you called Cathie at home, Mom was there listening at the dining table, sometimes offering her two cents on the situation.
The last few years were not easy on Carol, but they weren't easy on Cathie either, an angel of a daughter to her mother in need. On January 15, 2020, the world lost Mom. We are wishing Cathie much healing and peace during this time of grief. As her work family, we wanted to create this link for anyone who wanted to contribute to Cathie's new and unexpected memorial funds.
