Jordan was diagnosed on February 5, 2019 with AML, Acute Myeloid Leukemia and underwent cycle 1 of chemotherapy. After completing cycle 1 of chemotherapy Jordan underwent a bone marrow biopsy on March 19, 2019. The results showed Jordan has more than 80% Leukemia cells in his marrow; therefore, Jordan's plan of treatment has changed from 5 cycles of chemotherapy to advancing to cycle 4, then cycle 3, and eventually a bone marrow transplant. Unfortunately, Jordan's sister was not a match and a search is being conducted nationally through bethematch.org to find a donor. Jordan's diagnosis and treatment have been stressful for him and his family. Funds will be needed to cover medical bills and ensure the family home will not pose an infection risk to Jordan upon his return. Your prayers, monetary donation, your registration with join.bethematch.org/jordansjourney or text "jordansjourney" to 61474 are greatly appreciated.
