Hello friends and family. Thank you for taking time to read our request. As you all know we will be welcoming baby Josie Louise Patterson into our family in February. I am working as much as I can and have been picking up babysitting jobs on the side as well. However my bills are coming in quicker than my income. I am doing all I can to keep my head above water but I am struggling. I will work until I give birth but I don't know what to do after Josie is born. My job doesn't offer any type of help during maternity leave. I don't get paid sick or vacation days, unfortunately Ohio doesn't offer any paid maternity leave either. I've looked into everything possible and this is my last option. I am not one to swallow my pride and ask for help, I have always taken care of myself and my children. However I'm really in a hard spot when it comes to this matter. I want to be able to bond with my newborn for as long as possible, as of right now I cannot afford to miss one day of work let alone 6 or 12 weeks. I am asking for any help you are able to contribute to mommy and Josie bonding time after she is born. I feel that this time is extremely essential for creating a safe bond within families. I am truly grateful for any help I receive. Thank you for your time and kindness towards my family.
Blessed with the best...Jenny, Janelle, Jade, and baby Josie
Xoxo
