Desperate mom w/4 disabled dependan

On 7/5/22 I was on a county road going home, and 16 yr old pulled right in front of me (no idea why) and totaled my car (I have numerous injuries as I was going 55mph when I hit her car). The problem is I have no money to get another vehicle and it was my only car. Thank goodness the girl I hit was OK but I have some pretty bad injuries. I put all my saving into buying my now totaled car and rental is up in 2 weeks. I am a single mom to 3 girls, whom are all on autistic spectrum and elderly mom with dementia. They all reply if me as the breadwinner and work almost 40 miles from home. In addition, I am also responsible for all medical, etc appointments as grocery shopping. We were already struggling financially due to rising prices we did not expect when offered a job to move here. Living on ramen and cereals. I used the last of my leave today and will be on leave without pay as of tomorrow. Sadly, when I got my SUV last summer, I used all my savings. Now they are just paying it off and none coming back to me. Also, I had perfect credit but the move here and low salary has blown that up. I will go from 4% interest to above 20 and a large down to even get a crappy car. I need, actually beyond need, assistance to not have utilities turned off and food. It hurts me when my mom or one of the kids do not understand why we only have the basics to eat. I HATE accepting help let alone asking for it. I am begging. Anything would be great and appreciated.

08/06/22 Update - I wanted to give an update to my condition and working status. We had hoped that I could of gone back to work last week up to 4 hours a days, depending on any symptoms occurring. I missed the 1st day and only made it a little over 2 hours. Only reason it was even there that long was an appointment with HR to discuss my leave without pay since 7/20/22 and FMLA protection end date. I left right after due to a severe migraine from the concussion and whiplash. I went in the following day and the Dr has be out until 08/18 and only if I have zero symptoms. The Dr is not hopeful that will occur by then. Waiting to get in for new MRI scans and referral to neurology. My headaches are becoming more frequent and stronger, which has him concerned. The one positive is my ribs are healing nicely, so that is a positive. Everything going on is noticeably affecting my mom's dementia symptoms and the girls aniexity , which is affecting my stress levels. We did get the police report finally and I found out I clipped a second vehicle (he is OK) and the police gave the girl a ticket for running a stop sign and causing the accident.

Also, found out that there had been a recall on the driver-side curtain airbags not inflating properly. My most severe injuries was from my head and body hitting the driver-side window because the airbag only inflated about 1/4-1/3 if the way. Every airbag inflated and deployed properly except the driver-side one. I cannot find out if my car had been part of that recall because I guess it did not affect all of my model and an attorney said it was too hard to prove. Had the airbag worked properly, I would have been injured much less severe. I will continue to post updates on my health and return to work. 8/29/22 update. I am still not working. I keep trying but I make it a hr or two and have a splitting migraine for the next few days. I am getting a brain EEG tomorrow and more MRi on my neck and back as that is getting worse, not better.
