This is a fund for the Help Immigrants in Detention project. We will use this money to pay for phone calls, and to give to individual immigrants while they are being detained for commissary. Last year we answered 500 calls from people incarcerated and have helped dozens of people connect to their families, get legal help, and feel like someone outside cares about their case. Recently we have been helping asylum seekers that are detained who do not have any family here in the US. Thank you for any help!
