Hello Everyone!
Chopp’s father is her hero. He is her angelic guide, in physical form. He has always reminded her of the power of gratitude, happiness and being present. Together, they have explored the practice of compassion, love, connecting with others through food, meditations with nature…a most divine relationship between a father and daughter. And now, they are embarking on another spiritual exploration together: death.
Dennis was diagnosed with cancer about a year and a half ago. He and the family sought out natural and spiritual healing modalities to cleanse the shadow of cancer from his spirit and body. In the last two months, an unexpected turn has been taken. It seems that the time is near for Dennis to transition out of the physical and return to the Ether. Now is the time for Chopp and her father to sit, again, in the spiritual practices of love, compassion, ease, gratitude, release and bliss; spending as much time together as possible, each and every day.
A few of us near and dear to Chopp have initiated this fund to allow her to remain in Florida with her father as he transitions out of his physical body. Chopp lives in and works in New Jersey. Making the heart-filled decision to spend every moment with her father, she is taking an indefinite leave from work. The intention of this fund is to ensure Chopp will still pay rent and purchase groceries for herself and Amala.
