Bring Edgar home!
Edgar is a friend, family, a part of our community and we miss him! He was detained by ICE last Wednesday and is currently in the Denver facility. Edgar is covered by DACA but his paperwork expired and he is waiting to see the judge for renewal. His family has hired a lawyer and in addition there will be other fees for bond, custody, travel, detention, and money for his account in the facilty.
The focus here is Edgar and let’s keep it positive! Britt and Kaedra are in contact with him and can be of further assistance. Please text Britt 970-764-5924 or Kaedra 970-759-9021.

Hello!! Update on Edgar: November 1st at 2:30pm he has his appointment with the Judge, paperwork will be processed and he will be released to his family!! With everyone’s donations and shares we all have raised, Edgar will use it to post his bond. We’ve been told to plan $4,000-$5,000. When I told Edgar on the phone that most of his bond has been covered from friends, family & more he was very choked up and “I didn’t know so many people cared!” From the bottom of his heart he is thankful for everyone ! On a funny note; Edgar’s going as a pumpkin! He is in a full orange suit at all times ;)

WOW! The last two days have been a whirlwind! We all want to thank everyone for the shares, texts, calls && donations!! Kaedra & I met with the Arias family tonight. Finally, we can give you all good news! Edgar will be released on bond as soon as the last week of October. His family will be given prior notification and they will pick him up and bring him home to Durango!!!!

Kaedra: I just got off the phone with Edgar. I shared with him about this fund and the response we have had as well as the amount of money we have already raised for him! He was overwhelmed with all the love and support. They have told him he can expect his letter with the court date in the next few days, which will allow for a more clear timeline. He wanted me to share that he is hanging in there, thinking of everyone, and so very appreciative of all the love being sent his way. I also thank you all for your love and support in helping a truly genuine human being. -Kaedra
