Make Your Own!
Started by: Cary Dunagan
In 2014 I injured my back, recovery started with injections and physical therapy. Had a set back with a fractured ankle and some misplaced trust, but surgery in 2016 and a change in scenery ended up fixing my problems. Tell me I can’t do something and I will use every stubborn bone in my body to prove you wrong. In the prep room a nurse told me I should pick a new “hobby”, because running was a bad idea.
I said “No.”
And then I decided to run up mountains, climb obstacles and lift heavy objects.
