The Backpacks & More Project is presented by the Agua Fria Food & Clothing Bank, Community Impact, the Salvation Army, Care 1st Avondale Resource Center in partnership with Chase Bank along with several other area businesses and non-profits. Backpacks & More is dedicated to ensuring students in the Southwest Valley are set up for success as they start a new school year. Hundreds of students have registered to join us on July 27th, 2019 to pick up their school uniforms, backpacks, school supplies, and food. The families in attendance that day will also have the opportunity to meet community resource partners on-site to help them connect with the resources they need.

As part of the Backpacks & More Project, students will receive a backpack, school uniforms and schools supplies.

• A $5 donation purchases a backpack for a student

• A $15 donation purchases a school uniform for a student

• A $40 donation purchases an entire set of what each registered student will receive: A backpack, 2 school uniforms and school supplies.

 

In order to use the online payment processing site, a minimum donation of $5 is required, but beyond that, donations of any amount are welcome. Participation in the Backpacks & More Project is completely voluntary and your decision whether to contribute or not will be respected

Thank you for your generosity and partnership in helping the Backpacks & More Project provide help and hope to students and their families as they prepare for the upcoming school year.
