Hello all!
I'm starting this birthday fundraiser for Kathy since this coming Aug 29th will be -believe it or not- her 60th birthday!
Unfortunately, we most likely won't be able to throw Kathy a giant birthday party this year, so I would like to gather as many birthday messages from her friends and family as I can. Please email me with any birthday message, video, audio file, or even tik toks (!) , whatever your heart desires and I will compile it all and give it to her on the 29th. If you would like to help with her birthday gift as well, this fundraiser is to help her pay for a simple walkway from the sidewalk to her front door (I will post photos of the "before" sometime this coming week!). It is made of dirt right now so it can get a little challenging when it rains. Kathy moved in her lovely little house in the city of Ferndale, MI a few years ago now and has been working hard to make it a beautiful and peaceful oasis for herself and all those who come visit her. She has been talking about this walkway since last summer so I'm sure she will be thrilled with any amount we can raise on this platform!
One last thing - I am sharing this fundraiser to as many of you as I can but I realize that I do not know all of Kathy's friends so please please please feel free to share this with anyone who knows Kathy and who would like to participate in making this day special for her! But please note that THIS IS A SURPRISE, so please no sharing on Facebook posts =)
