On Thursday, May 16th, 2019, Faith had to undergo an emergency C-Section due having a placenta abruption. She delivered the most beautiful, 1lb 14oz baby girl, Kerrigan Frances Earnest at 25 weeks. Faith is recovering well from her C-Section, and spends most of her time with Kerrigan at the hospital. Kerrigan is at The Women's Hospital of Texas in the high level NICU. Living pretty far from the medical center, we have had to rent a space 10 minutes from the hospital to be near Kerrigan. In addition, Faith is not going back to work for awhile to be able to be with Kerrigan while she is in the hospital. Even though little Kerrigan is intubated to help her breath and has a feeding tube, she is continuing to grow and improve daily!
Since we are unable to host a baby shower, we are asking for any donations to go towards Kerrigan's medical costs, food, gas, and housing. Any additional funds will be used for things still needed for Kerrigan once she comes homes from the NICU near the end of August.
We love you all and thank you for the many prayers and texts, calls, and messages of support and concern for our little family!
