We're having a baby! Baby Boy Ball is due around Labor Day.

Thanks to family, friends, and neighbors, we have received many second hand baby items at no cost. Because of this, we are forgoing a traditional online registry. As for items like diapers, I prefer to purchase as needed, rather than getting a zillion boxes shipped all at once (we have a small apartment).

Honestly, what we really need right now is cash. As freelance musicians, we have already lost a lot of income this year because all live music has been cancelled since March.

After the baby is born, I plan to return to my job as an elementary aid. Chris will be an amazing day-dad and will continue to make music in his studio.

Friends: if you cannot donate money, please consider donating time. When live music returns, you can help us by babysitting so we can still be in the same band sometimes.

Marvin James Ball was born September 5, 2020 at 9:41 am weighing 8 lbs 11 oz and 20 inches long. We are home now recovering and getting to know each other.
